This database is designed to help increase access to trans-affirming providers.

It can be used by providers to help refer patients/clients to other services, or it can be used by patients/clients to identify potential providers. The providers in this database are THEN members and have agreed to uphold the most up-to-date evidence-based professional standards of their profession (for example WPATH Standards of Care, The Endocrine Society Guidelines for Gender Dysphoria/Gender Incongruence , American Psychological Association Guidelines for Psychological Practice with Transgender and Gender Nonconforming People, etc…). 

THEN’s database will serve as a resource for THEN members to network and refer patients/clients to other providers, who are committed to the same standards of excellence in working with transgender and gender diverse patients. This database also provides assistance to Transgender and Gender Diverse individuals in locating gender-affirming medical and behavioral health providers.
